I am allergic to fish oil, can I take this?

No. If you are allergic to any kind of fish, do not take this.

If I take K48 Plus Krill oil, is it guaranteed for me to lose weight?

No. You still need to eat the right kind of foods and exercise. K48 will help you with more energy, clearer thoughts, and provide the focus that you might be lacking. A balance of Omega 3,6,and 9 are key factor to better health. Please consult with your physician.

I am already taking supplements for Omega 3, what makes this different?

K48 Plus is different on the market than any other Omega 3. Why? Because it comes from E-Superba Krill out of the Antarctic Ocean. Other competitors do not provide pure Krill oil, or they acquire their krill oil from other species that are inferior and not pure like the E-Superba krill. Yes you can, however they have mixed additives or they are not pure krill oil. It does make a difference.

I am taking blood thinners because my doctor prescribed them, can I take K48 Plus?

No. We recommend that you consult with your doctor first. K48 Plus, because it is krill oil it is also a blood thinner. If you are even taking aspirin as recommended by your doctor, please consult with them first. I used to take a low dosage of aspirin, but I quit after I learned that I was thinning my blood down to much.

Does K48 Plus really help in PMS symptoms?

Absolutely. However, eating right is also attributed to PMS issues. We highly recommend exercising, and eating right along with K48 Plus. When you combine all of the above you will see and feel a dramatic change in your body.

How many pills come in one bottle of K48 Plus?

60 pills, 500mg per pill. The recommended dosage is 2 pills per day. After taking this for awhile you may want to adjust your dosage differently, based upon how you feel. For me I started with 2 pills and then went to 1 for a male. For females, they may want to stay on 2 pills a day.

Is K48 Plus good to give to children?

I understand that other fish oil supplement are heat extracted, what does that mean?

When the oil from fish is extracted they use heat to remove it. Three problems exist here. First is that you don't know what fish, or where it has come from. It is possible that it could have mercury, or other unwanted elements in it. Mercury poisoning comes from fish who are eating other contaminated fish. Krill in the Antarctic, do not eat other fish. They feed of of the purest and cleanest food in the world. Secondly, they heat it up to remove the oil. When you heat oil, you change the properties of the oil. It is like any other oil. Cooking oil extracted from flax, or olive oil, if you get it too hot you have ruined the properties of it. Even petroleum oil in our automobiles, when it gets hot and cold, after awhile it is no good and needs to be replaced. Third, cold pressed krill oil is esterified. That means it is ready to be absorbed into the body now. What we know about K48 Plus is that it is better than 48 times the leading fish oil supplement, it is 200 times.
