Eating Tasty Omega 3's

Okay, I know that you are all wanting to know what else can I include in my food intake that is a good Omega 3. GREAT QUESTION. So really, lets just list several of them and the calories along with that. Why? Because you can over do it. If you are trying to loose weight to much of any good thing can hurt you, even water........its called drowning.

You can purcase most of these items from your local grocery store. Find one that has a bulk section, because it will be the cheapest and it will also list the calories. Every company will list them differently. You may have to go to a Health Food Store, and it will cost you a little more, generally, but not always. Oh! Wait.......I forgot, cut down on the salt. Buy unsalted items. Like unsalted nuts, paste, or sauce, those kinds of things. My Favorite, is oven roasted nuts, or seeds. They are the BOMB, and good for you as well, in moderation....of course.
